Job Point Board Appoints New President

Job Point’s Board of Directors has selected a new President, Mr. James P. Loveless, effective May 10, 2010. Mr. Loveless brings to Job Point 32 years of exemplary leadership experience. Jim retired in 2007 after a 32-year career with the Missouri Department of Conservation, which included management of all conservation areas in Central Missouri. He has continued to serve in a part-time capacity as Special Assistant to the Director of the Department and also as adjunct faculty at Columbia College.

Among his many community volunteer activities, he served three terms on the Columbia City Council and is an active Board member of the Central Missouri Humane Society. Mr. Loveless earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
